Autumn Update

It's been awhile- but  Ferris and I could not be happier to announce the birth of our son at the end of August, just after Sea of Love at 111 Minna Gallery opened. Yes, I painted and installed an entire show while pregnant- and wore heels at the opening! 

For now the two of us are enjoying watching our son grow as well as a little bit of  a break in our show schedule. It is a very special time.

For now please enjoy the newly posted images of Sea of Love, as well as the videos Ferris and I have been making; the amazing skills of Eighty Four Films bring it all to life.

The Seafarers was put together by Ferris, the fabulous Jim Dirschenberger, and I. We used Illustrator for the character design, which was then animated in Aftereffects. Enjoy!

111 Minna Gallery is delighted to present Ferris Plock+Kelly Tunstall’s SEA OF LOVE, a new body of collaborative works, from August 6 - 29 2009. The Gallery is open 12-5 Tuesday-Friday and Saturday from 1-6 and evenings until 2 am.

111 Minna Gallery is located at the corner of Minna and 2nd Streets in downtown San Francisco.
